Right to opt out: open to readers in every state
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar laws in other states give consumers the right to tell a business not to sell or share their personal information. Vexuri honors this request from any reader in the United States.
Global Privacy Control: treated as an opt-out
A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by a browser counts as an opt-out request from that browser. vexuri.com runs no advertising pixel or data-sharing analytics today, so there is no sale or sharing for the signal to stop and no further step for the reader to take. If such a tool is ever added, GPC signals will be honored for every reader in the United States, and this page will be updated on the day the tool goes live.
Sale or sharing at Vexuri: neither happens
Selling means giving personal information to another business for money or other value. Sharing means giving it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Vexuri does neither, and no advertiser, social network, or data broker receives personal information from vexuri.com.
Effect of an opt-out: recorded, and nothing else changes
An opt-out sent by email, phone, or form is recorded against the email address in the request. Orders, order emails, returns, and refunds continue as before. Leaving the newsletter is a separate step: reply “unsubscribe” to any newsletter email or write to contact@vexuri.com.

Processing: 15 business days, no ID needed
An opt-out request needs no identity documents. Customer service confirms receipt within 1 business day, and the opt-out takes effect within 15 business days.
Agents and minors: signed permission, no sale at any age
An authorized agent can submit an opt-out with the reader’s signed permission. Vexuri does not sell or share personal information of readers under 16, or of readers of any other age.
Equal treatment: no penalty for opting out
Prices, free shipping, delivery times, return rights, and customer service stay the same for every reader who opts out.
