vexuri.com is operated by FIT ANYWHERE LLC, EIN 33-2173140, 452 S Ditman Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90063, United States. Vexuri is the name under which FIT ANYWHERE LLC sells books on this website. Every order placed on vexuri.com is a contract between the reader and FIT ANYWHERE LLC, and these terms apply to every visit and every order.

Contract: formed when the order ships

Placing an order is an offer to buy the books in the cart at the prices shown at checkout. The order confirmation email confirms that the offer was received. FIT ANYWHERE LLC accepts the offer when the order ships. If an order cannot be accepted, the full order total is refunded. The full order total is charged when the order is placed.

Cancellations: within 24 hours, before shipping

An order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not shipped, as described in the Refund and Returns Policy.

Eligibility to order: 18 or older, personal use

Orders can be placed by people 18 or older, for personal use and not for resale.

Prices: set at checkout, in US dollars

Prices are listed in US dollars and can change until checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. Pricing errors are handled as the Payment Policy describes, and availability problems as the Shipping Policy describes.

Product information: format, publisher, and ISBN-13 as listed

Each listing identifies the edition sold by its ISBN-13 and states the author, publisher, format, page count, and language. Cover art and page count can vary between printings of the same ISBN-13.

Website use: lawful and personal

The website may be used only for lawful, personal purposes. Automated scraping, attempts to disrupt the website or checkout, false or fraudulent orders, and use of another person’s identity or payment details are not allowed.

Shipping, returns, and refunds: set by their own policies

The Shipping Policy, the Refund and Returns Policy, and the Payment Policy form part of these terms.

Intellectual property: site content and book content

The text, layout, and design of vexuri.com belong to FIT ANYWHERE LLC. Book covers, descriptions, and the books themselves belong to their publishers, authors, and other rights holders. Nothing on the website may be copied for commercial use without permission.

Reviews: written by customers, not by Vexuri

Product reviews on vexuri.com come from customers. Vexuri does not write reviews, buy them, reward positive ones, or hide negative ones. A review can be removed only for unlawful content, personal information, or spam, and the reviewer is told the reason.

Links to other websites are provided for reference. Their content and terms are set by their operators.

Warranties: books as described

Books are sold as described on their listings. Other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the extent the law allows. Consumer rights that the law does not allow to be waived remain in effect.

Liability cap: the amount paid for the order

To the extent the law allows, the total liability of FIT ANYWHERE LLC for any claim about an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and FIT ANYWHERE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Indemnity: misuse of the website

A reader who breaks these terms or misuses the website agrees to cover the losses and reasonable legal costs that FIT ANYWHERE LLC incurs as a result.

Governing law and courts: California, Los Angeles County

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and either side may use a small claims court with jurisdiction instead. Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections that the law of the reader’s home state provides.

Disputes: 30 days of direct resolution first

Before filing a claim, a reader emails contact@vexuri.com with a description of the problem, and both sides have 30 days to resolve it directly. These terms contain no arbitration clause and no class action waiver.

Events beyond control: performance paused

Delays or failures caused by events outside FIT ANYWHERE LLC’s reasonable control, such as natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or network outages, pause the affected obligations for as long as the event lasts. The late-order rights in the Shipping Policy still apply.

Severability: remaining terms stay in force

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest of the terms continue to apply.

Entire agreement: these terms and the linked policies

These terms, together with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between the reader and FIT ANYWHERE LLC about the use of vexuri.com and orders placed there.

Updates: a new date, applied to later orders

Updated terms carry a new effective date at the top of this page and apply to orders placed on or after that date.
