vexuri.com uses the cookies that the cart, the checkout, and customer login need to work, plus short-lived security cookies that Cloudflare may set. The Cloudflare page view counter runs without cookies. No advertising cookies, social media pixels, or cross-site tracking tools run on vexuri.com, which is why the site shows no cookie banner. A browser can block cookies in its settings; the cart and checkout stop working without them.
Retention: 7 years for order records
- Order and payment records: 7 years, for tax and accounting.
- Customer service emails and form messages: 24 months after the last message.
- Newsletter email address: until the reader unsubscribes.
- Customer accounts: until the reader asks for deletion; order records inside the account follow item 1.
- Server and security logs: kept by the host and Cloudflare under their own schedules.
Safeguards: HTTPS and limited access

Customer service confirms receipt within 1 business day and answers within 45 days. One 45-day extension is possible, with notice and the reason. Opt-out requests take effect within 15 business days. Identity is checked by matching the email address with an order number or account. An authorized agent can make a request with the reader’s signed permission.
Appeals: answered within 45 days
A reader who disagrees with a decision on a request can reply to it with the word “Appeal”. Vexuri answers an appeal within 45 days and explains the result. If the appeal is denied, the reader can contact the attorney general of their state.
California: CCPA and CPRA rights
California residents hold the rights above under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right not to be treated differently for using them. In the past 12 months, Vexuri has not sold or shared personal information and has not used sensitive personal information. Vexuri applies the same rights and the same response times to readers in every state, whether or not their state has such a law.

vexuri.com is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and Vexuri does not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information can email contact@vexuri.com, and that information is deleted.

Vexuri runs no targeted advertising and sells no personal information for anyone, including readers aged 13 to 17. Orders require an age of 18 or older under the Terms and Conditions.
